The UN has allocated $160 million from its Central Emergency Response Fund to 12 underfunded crises, OCHA said.

Where

Recipients include Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Chad, Cuba, Mali, Niger, the occupied Palestinian territory, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan and Yemen.

Relief chief Tom Fletcher said leaders must also open access so aid can reach people.
